Ingredients to make Methi Kheema/Kheema Methi...

  • Mutton mince 500 gm
  • fenugreek leaves fresh big bunch 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • oil 3-4 tbsp
  • salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli POWDER 1 TBSP
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • onions sliced thinly 3
  • tomato finely chopped 1 (ripe)
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/4th cup (for garnishing)

How to make Methi Kheema/Kheema Methi...

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste followed by the onions.
  3. Saute them until translucent on a low to medium high heat.
  4. Now add rest of the spices along with the finely chopped tomato.
  5. Use a ripe one for better results.
  6. Saute until oil starts floating on top.
  7. Now add the mutton mince.
  8. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  9. After 15 minutes, add chopped fresh fenugreek leaves.
  10. Adjust salt and simmer for 10 more minutes.
  11. Do not add any water.
  12. It should cook in it's own juices.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves and dish out your fabulous sabzi.
