Ingredients to make Kheema cutlet

  • Kheema - 150grams
  • ginger/garlic - 2tablepsoon
  • salt - as per taste
  • Garam masala powder - 1tablespoon
  • oil - for frying
  • Boiled potatoes - 3
  • water - 1/4cup

How to make Kheema cutlet

  1. Mashed the potatoes and keep it aside add salt in it.
  2. In a cooker add 2tablepsoon oil kheema ,g/g paste and garam masala powder.
  3. Add 1/2cup water take 3-4vessels.
  4. Take potato mixture flatten it put the kheema than role it and fry it.
