Kheel Cutlet

Ingredients to make Kheel Cutlet

  • 2 cups kheel (fuliya )
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • amchur powder according to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Kheel Cutlet

  1. Soak kheel in water for 5 minutes. Drain water
  2. Now take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil . Mix well. Shape the cutlets
  3. Now deep fry the cutlets. Serve

My Tip:

Grease your hand with oil before shaping the cutlets
