Ingredients to make Vegetable Stir Fry

  • Broccoli florets 1/4cup
  • cauliflower florets 1/4cup
  • carrot 1/4cup(Julian cut)
  • French beans 1/4cup( Chopped)
  • Capcicum 1/4cup (diced)
  • tomato 1/8 cup (seedless diced)
  • spring onion 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Blackpepper powder 1 tsp
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2tbsp
  • onion seeds 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp(roasted)

How to make Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. PARBOIL 1/4 CUP EACH OF BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, CARROTS & BEANS
  2. STRAIN & WASH IN COOL WATER
  3. HEAT 4 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC, 1 ONION, SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. ADD THE VEGGIES
  5. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF GINGER- GARLIC PASTE, PEPPER POWDER, SALT & MIX
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF TOMATOES & SPRING ONIONS
  7. ADD 1 TBSP VINEGAR, 1/2 TSP SOY SAUCE
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP NIGELLA & ROASTED SESAME SEEDS, TOSS & TAKE OFF HEAT
