Ingredients to make Dhaba style maggi

  • Noodles 1 pack
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger julliens 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • Green peas 4 tablespoon
  • capsicum 1/2 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • water 1 cup

How to make Dhaba style maggi

  1. Add oil in a pan when it is hot add veggies and stir constantly after 3 minutes add onion and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes add tomato and green chilli. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add salt and tastemaker mix well. add water and noodles. Cook till water absorbed in noodles. Your dhaba style maggi is ready to serve.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger julliens.

My Tip:

You can add veggies of your choice.
