Ingredients to make Chettinaad sambar powder

  • fenugreek - 50 gm
  • Bengal gram - 50 gm
  • Red gram - 50 gm
  • Dry chilli - 1/4 kg
  • coriander seeds - 200 gm
  • Ural dhall - 1 tsp

How to make Chettinaad sambar powder

  1. Collect all ingredients
  2. Take a pan without adding oil roast the ingredients one by one separately, till it turns glossy ,
  3. Mix all roasted ingredients
  4. Blend mixer after few minutes
  5. Now the tasty chettinad sambar powder is ready
  6. In sambar you make this method i explain how to use this powder,
  7. Add 3 spoon oil in pan, add mustard, Uraldhal, cumin, hing, dry chilly , curry leaves let it splutter after add onion ,tomato, vegetables salt saute till it turns glossy now add 3tsp of this sambar powder saute for min add cooked red gram dhall boil for 30 mins or boil in cooker for 2 whistle 5 min, the healthy tasty traditional sambar is ready

You can also add grated coconut for this saambar its very yasty
