Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green gram split 1/2 cup soaked and drained
  2. Rice 1+ 1/2 cup soaked and drained
  3. Jowar 2 tablespoon soaked and drained
  4. Bajra 2 tablespoon soaked and drained
  5. Ragi 3 tablespoon soaked and drained
  6. Amarnath 3 tablespoon
  7. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Asfetoida 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Carrots 2 chopped
  12. French beans 4 chopped
  13. Green peas 1/4 cup
  14. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  15. Curry leaves 12
  16. Ghee 1/4 cup


  1. Add ghee to a pan and add cumin seeds and asfetoida. Add ginger paste.
  2. Add curry leaves and add vegetables and stir constantly.
  3. After few minutes add jowar, bajra, ragi and amaranth. Cover lid and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Afer this add soaked dal and rice give a stir. Add 4 cups water and cover the lid. Cook till all grains are soft.
  5. Serve hot and drizzle some ghee over this and garnish with fried curry leaves.
