Milky Besan Laddus..

Ingredients to make Milky Besan Laddus..

  • gram flour or besan 2 cups
  • sugar 2/3rd cup
  • ghee 1/2 cup
  • almonds slivered 1/4th cup
  • cashewnuts slivered 1/4th cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 2 tbsp

How to make Milky Besan Laddus..

  1. Heat a non stick pan with a tablespoon of ghee.
  2. Roast the gram flour on a low heat until a slight colour change is seen.
  3. At this point, it smells heavenly.
  4. Take it out in a plate and add sugar, nuts and cardamom powder to it.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Now add warm ghee to it little by little and start mixing.
  7. Take a small portion of it in your hands and try to shape it into a ball.
  8. The mixture should be warm.
  9. Do not add all ghee at once. Add it little at a time.
  10. Now condensed milk to it.
  11. You should be able to shape it into balls very easily. Condensed milk actually helps to bind these laddus well.
  12. Delicious laddus can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relished upto a week.
