PANEER CURRY

Ingredients to make PANEER CURRY

  • One big onion
  • 250 grams fried panner
  • One big capsicum
  • One spoon garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • cumin seeds
  • coriander Powder
  • One spoon mirchi power
  • 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander for garnish
  • 1/2 Lemon juice or vinegar

How to make PANEER CURRY

  1. Heat pan pour oil and add cumin, sesame seeds and fry for a minute
  2. Add garlic cloves and fry for minute
  3. Add onion and capsicum fry for a minute
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt fry for a minute
  5. Add paneer Cubes and fry for a minute
  6. Add tomatoes and fry till oil remove from it
  7. Add Mirchi powder and coriander powder , lemon juice fry till for better taste
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and eat with roti or rice.

My Tip:

Lemon juice optional
