Ingredients to make Italian snack sticks.

  • 85 grams butter
  • 120 grams maida
  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 3 tbs fresh cream
  • 1 tsp orageno
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp chilly flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.

How to make Italian snack sticks.

  1. In a big vessel, soften butter, add the herbs in it along with ketchup and mix well.
  2. Now add baking pwd+ maida+ oats and mix well.
  3. Add cream as per required. When the consistency is perfect for a dough then shift it in an airtight container and then in the freeze for 10 mins.
  4. Now roll the dough in a 1/2 cm thick big roti and then cut it into thin strips.
  5. Pop them into a preheated oven for 15 mins on 180 degrees and once golden brown they r ready to serve.
