This is a quick recipe of a delicious side dish made with baby potatoes, with the fusion of Italian herbs in it.

Ingredients to make Italian seasoning baby alloo sticks

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs powder
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp lime crystals
  • 1tsp salt
  • 5 garlic
  • olive oil

How to make Italian seasoning baby alloo sticks

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in water, strain and peel them. Then deep fry these potatoes until golden brown in color.
  2. Then take a mixer grinder jar, add the parsley, onion, salt, garlic , turmeric powder, mixed herbs. Coarsely grind this mixture.
  3. Now heat a pan with some oil. Add the cumin seeds and let these splutter. Then add the fried potatoes , followed by the spice mixture ground above. stir well and cook for few minutes. serve hot.
