ABOUT Restaurant style Paneer kofta RECIPE

This is one of my favourite recipes whenever i am tired or stressed I indulge in this tasty dish.It is creamy and tasty . Evry bite of it relaxes u n soothe u.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paste of 3 medium size onions(cut onion into four pieces and blanch)
  2. Puree of 2 big or 3 med size blanched tomatoes.
  3. Ggc paste half spoon
  4. jeera 1 tsp
  5. oil and butter 2 tbsp each
  6. kasoori methi 1 spoon
  7. 8 to 10 kaju soaked in hot water and make paste of it.
  8. red chilli pwd 2 tsps
  9. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  11. salt to taste
  12. To make koftas....
  13. 2 potatoes boiled and mashed
  14. 100 GMS Paneer
  15. green chillies finely chopped 2
  16. coriander leaves few.
  17. salt to taste
  18. Cornflour 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix boiled potatoes,grated paneer, green chillies, Cornflour, coriander leaves, salt to taste, red chilli pwd and make koftas.
  2. Deep fry these till golden
  3. In a pan heat oil and butter together.
  4. Add jeera
  5. When jeera splutters add ggc paste
  6. Now add onion paste, saute till golden
  7. Add salt
  8. Add in red chilli pwd
  9. Add turmeric powder
  10. Add kitchen king masala
  11. Now add tomato puree
  12. Cook till gravy stands on oil
  13. Add kasoori methi
  14. Add kaju paste and stir
  15. Add water to adjust consistency of gravy.
  16. To serve plate kofta in serving dish and pour over the gravy.
  17. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
