Ingredients to make Pan Grilled Fish

  • Hamour fish or any variety 2 kg
  • salt 1 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  • cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Fish masala 1 tbsp

How to make Pan Grilled Fish

  1. Clean and make 3-4 slant deep slits on the fish.
  2. Marinate the fish with all the ingredients mentioned.
  3. Cover and keep aside for nearly 2 hours.
  4. Heat a grill pan with 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
  5. Cook it well on both the sides on a low to medium high heat.
  6. Flip over and cook every 5 minutes so that it is evenly grilled.
  7. Serve hot with raw onion slices.
