ABOUT Pan Grilled Fish RECIPE

A yummy fish variety done on a stovetop grill pan on a low heat for that juicy, slurpy perfectly done fish. Marination plays an important role too in making this more delicious. Hence it is best if left marinated overnight in the freezer. Remove and thaw it prior to 3-4 hours of grilling. Happy Grilling !!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Hamour fish or any variety 2 kg
  2. Salt 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  9. Fish masala 1 tbsp


  1. Clean and make 3-4 slant deep slits on the fish.
  2. Marinate the fish with all the ingredients mentioned.
  3. Cover and keep aside for nearly 2 hours.
  4. Heat a grill pan with 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
  5. Cook it well on both the sides on a low to medium high heat.
  6. Flip over and cook every 5 minutes so that it is evenly grilled.
  7. Serve hot with raw onion slices.
