Ingredients to make Mushroom salad with grilled fish

  • mushroom 2 Cups (thick sliced)
  • Baby corn 1 cup (sliced)
  • cabbage shredded 1 1/2 cup
  • carrot shredded 1 1/2 cup
  • garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • For grilled fish-
  • 7 boneless fish pieces
  • salt 1 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • garlic powder 1 tsp
  • onion powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cardomon powder 1/2 tsp
  • chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • All seasoning as per taste

How to make Mushroom salad with grilled fish

  1. In a small bowl add all your powder masala and mix.
  2. Then add in oil and make a runny paste.
  3. Now marinate masala in fish and keep for 1/2 hour.
  4. Now prepare your vegetables.
  5. Heat oil in wok and add in chopped garlic.
  6. Once golden brown add in baby corn and sauce for 2 min.
  7. Then add in mushroom and let it cook closing the lid.
  8. Now add in cabbage and carrot and let it cook for 1 min.
  9. Then add in salt and pepper and saute.
  10. Now heat a pan and grill your dish pieces on low flame.
  11. Once done remove in plate.
  12. Now remove your salad In plate and sprinkle some all seasoning on it.
  13. Then top it with fish pieces and sprinkle all seasoning on it too.
  14. And serve.

My Tip:

Cabbage should be crunchy but cooked.
