  1. capsicum 1/2 cup
  2. carrot 1/2 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  5. cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  6. Curry leaves ,,5-6
  7. oil as required
  8. turmeric powder 1/2= spoon
  9. salt to taste
  10. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.Add oil.
  2. Add cumin seeds and ,mustard seed,curry leaves.
  3. Add all the veggies.
  4. Then add turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Mix well.
