Healthy, delicious and easy to bake, banana muffins which are a perfect snack for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida-3/4 cup
  2. Banana- 2 ripe (mashed)
  3. Powder Sugar-1/2 Cup
  4. Baking powder-1/2 tsp.
  5. Baking soda-1/2 tspn.
  6. Oil-1/2 cup
  7. Walnuts- 2 tbsp.(crushed)
  8. Vanilla essence- 1 tspn.
  9. Coco powder-1 tspn.


  1. Sieve Maida,baking Powder,coco powder and baking soda keep aside. Mash banana well,(grinded it to smooth paste) Add oil, vanilla essence and mix well, fold in sugar and mix until sugar completely dissolved.
  2. Add Maida mixture and mix well, until creamy mixture is formed. Add chopped walnuts,reserve little for topping
  3. Preheat oven at 200 degree C, meanwpour the mixture in the greased muffins moulds till 3/4th, sprinkle the remaining walnuts on the top. Bake it for 10-20 minutes at 180 degree C.
  4. Yummy and healthy Nutty Banana Muffins are ready to eat.
