This is a recipe of a quick and healthy pudding made with fresh fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd - 1 bowl
  2. Apple cut in cubed - 1
  3. Banana cut in diced - 1
  4. Grapes cut in half - 1/2 bowl
  5. Orange - 1
  6. Powder sugar - 4 tbsp
  7. Cookies - 1 - 2

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the apple cut in cubes.
  2. Peel the banana and cut in diced.
  3. Wash the grapes and cut in two pieces.
  4. Remove the skin of the orange.
  5. Take a bowl add crushed cookies.
  6. Now add chopped fruits and 1 tbsp sugar powder.
  7. Beat the hung curd till light and fluffy or you can take whipped cream..
  8. Add sugar powder and mix well.
  9. Now spread the hung curd at the top of the fruit.
  10. Garnish with chopped fruits
