About Egg KOFTHA Recipe

This is a yummy snack recipe made with boiled eggs.

Egg KOFTHA

Ingredients to make Egg KOFTHA

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • Besan, maida ,wheat flour ,corn flour (all one cup)
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Chopped Cabbage and chopped coriander leaves [handful]
  • 4 Chopped chillis
  • water as required to make like dough

How to make Egg KOFTHA

  1. Boil the eggs for 15 minutes peel off and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add all flours mentioned in list .
  3. Add spices, mentioned in list
  4. Than add water to knead the dough.
  5. Cover eggs with dough and dry them for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Heat pan add oil and fry the eggs KOFTHA.
  7. Gurnish with onions and lemon
