Noodle Franky

Ingredients to make Noodle Franky

  • FOR THE NOODLE FILLING
  • garlic pods 4 peeled crushed
  • Spring oinion whites 2 tbsp
  • carrot juliened 2 tbsp
  • Bell peppers all 3 - 2 tbsp
  • Purple cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • FOR FRANKY
  • 3 LEFT OVER CHAPATIS(U CAN USE FRESH TOO)
  • Schezwan chutney 1 tsp for each chapati
  • tomato sauce 1 tsp for each chapati

How to make Noodle Franky

  1. IN A PAN ADD 3 TBSP OIL AND 4 GARLIC CRUSHED
  2. ADD 2 TBSP FINELY SLICED GREEN ONIONS(JUST THE WHITES)
  3. ADD THE SLICED GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 2 TBSP JULIENED CARROTS
  5. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED GREEN CAPSICUM
  6. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED RED BELL PEPPERS
  7. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED YELLOW BELL PEPPERS
  8. NOW ADD 2 TBSP SLICED PURPLE CABBAGE AND STIR
  9. ADD 2 TBSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  10. ADD 1 TSP SOY SAUCE
  11. ADD PRE BOILED NOODLES
  12. FINALLY ADD 2 TBSP SLICED GREEN ONIONS
  13. TAKE A GRIDDLE AND APPLY PURE GHEE ON IT AND PLACE A CHAPATI(U CAN USE LEFT OVER CHAPATI)
  14. TURN AND HEAT ON BOTH SIDES
  15. TAKE THE CHAPATI AND APPLY 1 TSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY AND SPREAD
  16. ADD 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE AND SPREAD
  17. SPREAD THE PREPARED NOODLES
  18. SPRINKLE A PINCH OF CHAAT MASALA
  19. FOLD THE CHAPATI
