Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled noodles 1 bowl
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. White oil to tablespoon
  5. Butter to tablespoon
  6. Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  8. Schezwan sauce one tablespoon
  9. Tomato sauce to tablespoon
  10. Chopped capsicum to tablespoon
  11. Chopped potato two tablespoon
  12. Onion slices to tablespoon
  13. Roasted nuts half cup
  14. finely Chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon
  15. water half cup


  1. Make a soft dough of maida, salt, 1 tbsp oil. Cover and keep a side to rest.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add garlic and onion and fry.
  3. Add potato, capsicum, green chilli and stir fry.
  4. Then add the boiled noodles and mix well.
  5. Now add all the success, salt, rosted nutes and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and keep a side.
  7. Privide that dough into equal portions and roll it into balls.
  8. Take each balls and roll it into circle dusting flour.
  9. Heat a fry Pan or Tawa and roast the wrap on both side by drizzling few drops of oil.
  10. Take each wrap and spread a layer of tomato sauce.
  11. Then spread the feeling in the centre in a line.
  12. Then add some Sprinkle lemon juice, rosted nuts and wrap it for kitchen towels or napkins.
  13. Now ready for sarve Schezwan noodles Frankie.
