Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet hakka noodles
  2. water to boil
  3. Chopped mix vegetables capsicum, carrot, bell peppers, onion, cabbage, mushroom.
  4. Spring onion for garnish
  5. 3 to 4 crushed garlic
  6. Schezwan sauce
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper
  9. vinegar
  10. Dry red chilli
  11. Oil for stir fry


  1. Boil the water add noodles little salt and oil. Cook the noodles as per packet. Strain the noodles in a colander. Rinse the noodles in running water. This method stops the cooking process and removes the starch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add the garlic and dry chillies. Stir fry it and then add all the vegetables fry it for a minute on a high flame.
  3. Add schezwan sauce, salt, black pepper, vinegar and fry it for a minute.
  4. Then add noodles toss it on high flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Schezwan noodles are ready. Garnish it with spring onion.
