Indo-chinese dish..very easy to prepare.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles (200 gms)
  2. Water (5cups)
  3. Oil (3tbspn)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Schezwan sauce 2tspn
  6. Finely chopped veggies (carrots,french beans,potato,capsicum) 2 cups
  7. Chopped garlic (1tspn)


  1. Boil water in a pan, add a little bit of oil.
  2. Add the noodles, no need to break.
  3. When the noodles are done, strain them.
  4. Then rinse them in running water.
  5. Add oil and toss them thoroughly.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and saute for 2/3 minutes.
  7. Add grated carrots,potatoes (optional), French beans..when almost done add chopped capsicum,saute for a while..
  8. Add schezwan sauce and salt to taste.
  9. Keep on tossing till the sauce coats the noodles properly.
  10. Add 1tspn vinegar.
  11. Mix it with the noodles.
  12. Serve hot..
