Mutton Pasanda

Ingredients to make Mutton Pasanda

  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • yogurt - 125 ml.
  • OniLns - 3 nos.
  • garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tbsp
  • ghee - 30 gm.
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Meat masala - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cashew and Almond paste - 2 tbsp
  • cream - 2 tbsp
  • salt - as reqd.

How to make Mutton Pasanda

  1. Marinate Mutton pieces with Yogurt.
  2. Heat Ghee in Pan and put chopped onions. Fry it till Golden brown. Add Ginger and Garlic paste and saute.
  3. Add Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Nutmeg powder, White pepper powder and Salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add Marinated Mutton to this and saute. Add Water and cook for 30 minutes. When it cooked add Meat masala, Cashew paste and Almond paste and Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Cream when it done. Serve Hot with Pulav or Naan.
