Raw banana kabab... You can also call it Raw banana cutlet... Is a very healthy snack.. Can be had with chutney or dip of your choice

Raw banana kabab

Ingredients to make Raw banana kabab

  • Raw banana, boiled to 1 whistle . 4
  • Nutri nugget chunks, boiled and squeezeed... 1/2 cup
  • Salt and green chillies to taste
  • mango powder, red chilly powder, garam masala... 1/4 tea spoon each
  • semolina.. 1 table spoon
  • oil to fry

How to make Raw banana kabab

  1. Take boiled raw banana, peel them
  2. Put nutri chunks and peeled banana and green chillies in a chopper and blend to a coarse paste
  3. Mix all the masalas and salt in the batter
  4. Make kababs from this mix
  5. Spread semolina in a plate and roll these kababs on it
  6. Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes and then fry in oil from hot to medium flame
  7. Enjoy healthy snack
