It is a smooth & delicate bread pudding coated with a delicious caramel sauce.....is a simple & stunning dessert at the same time.

No Bake Bread Pudding

Ingredients to make No Bake Bread Pudding

  • Caramel sauce:
  • sugar. 3 tbs
  • water. 3 tsp
  • Caramel bread pudding:
  • Double cream milk. 1&1/2 cup
  • sugar. 1/3 vup
  • Bread slices. 4
  • salt. 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract. 1 tsp
  • Raisin. 1 tbs
  • Nuts. 1& 1/2 tbs

How to make No Bake Bread Pudding

  1. TAKE 4 SLICES OF BREAD, REMOVE THE EDGES
  2. CHOP INTO PIECES, COARSELY CRUSH, KEEP ASIDE
  3. TAKE 1/4 CUP SUGAR, ADD 2 EGGS, BEAT TILL SMOOTH
  4. ADD 1/4 TSP SALT, 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  5. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED RAISINS, 1.5 TBSP MIXED NUTS
  6. ADD 1.5 CUPS FULL CREAM MILK, MIX
  7. ADD THE CRUSHED BREAD
  8. STIR TILL SMOOTH, REST THE BATTER FOR 5 MINS
  9. TO MAKE CARAMAL SAUCE : TAKE A SMALL PAN, ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR
  10. ADD 3 TSP WATER
  11. COOK UNTIL IT TURNS INTO A THICK GOLDEN SYRUP
  12. POUR CUSTARD MIX OVER THE PREPARED CARAMEL
  13. IM A LARGE SAUCEPAN, ADD WATER & SET A STAINLESS STEEL STAND INSIDE
  14. SET CUSTARD PAN, MAKE SURE THAT ONLY HALF OF IT IS IMMERSED IN WATER
  15. COVER BOTH PANS, STEAM ON LOW HEAT FOR 30-40 MINS OR TILL DONE
  16. THE PUDDING IS DONE, COOL & REFRIGERATE
  17. LOOSEN THE SIDES OF THE CHILLED PUDDING WITH A KNIFE, INVERT ON TO A PLATE
  18. GARNISH AS PER CHOICE, SERVE CHILLED
