500gm Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Onion, minced
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
200ml fresh cream
1/2 cup chicken stock
Fresh coriander leaves- a bunch
2 tbsp Curry powder
Salt to taste
Fresh Green chillies/jalapenos- minced, as desired
a drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
Heat a pan and drizzle in the oil.
Add in the onion, garlic and chillies. Saute for a minute till fragrant.
Add curry powder and roast for a bit, now add in the cream and stock. Stir well to get a creamy curry.
Just before you are ready to serve, add in the cleaned shrimp to the curry.Cook the shrimps only for 10-15 minutes else they will become hard and rubbery.
Season and serve garnished with fresh coriander.
