This is a quick recipe pf pakodas , made with sweet potatoes and fenugreek leaves, that can be served with evening tea.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet potato 1
  2. Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup chopped
  3. Chickpea flour 1 cup
  4. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  5. Green chilly 2
  6. Ginger 1/2 inch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Asafoetida a pinch
  9. Coriander leaves 1 spoon
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potato.
  2. In a bowl .Add methi leaves. Boil sweet potato. Add all spices.
  3. Add coriander leaves . Add some water and mix well.
  4. Make a batter of pakora.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. fry pakoras.
  7. Serve hot.
