    Ingredients to make Almond Mint Chicken

    • chicken - 1/2 Kg
    • onion - 1 (Sliced Lenghthwise )
    • almond - 20 (Soak in hot water&peel the skin )
    • ghee - Tbspn
    • mint leaves - hand fistful
    • curd - 1/2 cup
    • Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
    • salt - to taste
    • To Grind :
    • garlic pods - 5
    • Chopped ginger - 1 tspn
    • cinnamon - 1 /2 " size
    • cardamom - 3
    • cloves -3
    • Dry Red chillies - 6
    • peppercorn -1 tspn

    How to make Almond Mint Chicken

    1. *Clean and wash the chicken,add the curd.Marinate it for 1/2 hr.Grind the Ingredients under TO GRIND to a fine paste.Also Seperately Grind the Almond fine paste .
    2. *After 1/2 an hr pressure cook the marinated chicken for 2 whistle, keep it aside.
    3. *Heat ghee in a vessel,add the onion and saute it well .Once it turns transculently add the Grinded paste.Saute it well until the raw smell goes away.Then add the cooked chicken only (dont add water from cooked chicken,def spoils the taste)
    4. *Followed by coconut milk+salt,boil it for 4-5 mins.Then add the almond paste mix and boil it 2 mins.Add the mint leaves,switch off the flame.
