Devilled Eggs

Ingredients to make Devilled Eggs

  • eggs boiled 4
  • Mayonnaise 4 tsp
  • Chopped capsicum
  • onion- 1 chopped
  • coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
  • Chooped green chilli-1
  • tomatoes, chopped- 2 tbsp
  • Some spring onion greens chooped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper
  • Ready green chutney

How to make Devilled Eggs

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into halves.
  2. Scoop out the yolk without breaking the white part.
  3. Crush the yolk and mix with mayonnaise and chopped vegetables- onion, capsicum and tomatoes.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Now fill the egg whites with this filling.
  6. Garnish with green chutney and spring onions and serve.

My Tip:

Eggs should be properly boiled otherwise they can break.
