Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 -Eggs
  2. 1/4 Cup - Mayonnaise
  3. 1 tsp - Vinegar
  4. 1 Tsp - Yellow mustard
  5. 1/2 tsp - Red paprika
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil whole eggs in the water for exactly 14 mins. After that put then under cold water to stop further cooking.
  2. Now crack the shells of the eggs. Cut the eggs length wise and gently remove the eggs yolk in a separate bowl. Keep the eggs on the side
  3. Now, add Mayonnaise, mustard sauce, salt and pepper and vinegar to the egg yolks. Mix well.
  4. Now, take a heaping teaspoon of this mixture and put it in the eggs and sprinkle some paprika and parsley for garnish
