Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled eggs 4
  2. Mayonnaise sauce - 2tbspn
  3. Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Freshly crudhed pepper
  6. For roasted garlic deviled eggs:
  7. Garlic 2 big no's with skin
  8. Olive oil 1/2 tsp
  9. For spicy deviled eggs;
  10. Red chilli powder-1/4tsp
  11. Red chilli flakes- 1/4tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs ..let it cool down completely ..remove the shell slowly . Cut it lengthy wise..
  2. Take out yellow part ..keep white part aside
  3. In a bowl add egg yolks salt mayonnaise crushed pepper mustard mash it with fork well
  4. Now seprate it into two parts
  5. Take garlic In a pan dry roast it .. now the skin will turn slightly brown ..remove it from pan ..take out the skin.N ow you get a soft garlic.
  6. Now add this garlic piece and olive oil to one portion of mashed yellow part.and mix well..
  7. Fill it in 4 portions of eggs ..garnish with crushed pepper.
  8. Now take the other portion add in red chilli powder n chilli flakes and mix well. if you want more spicy add in extra..
  9. Fill it in other 4 portion of eggs..
  10. Spray oil In a dosa pan heat it ..place eggs on it.. roast for a while and serve hot..
