Deviled Eggs

Ingredients to make Deviled Eggs

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp yellow mustard
  • salt as per taste
  • 5 freshly grounded black peppercorns
  • To garnish:
  • carrot slices, few
  • coriander leaves, few
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 small sized tomato, chopped

How to make Deviled Eggs

  1. Take the boiled eggs and slice off 1/3 width wise.
  2. With a small spoon, scoop out the yolks of the eggs. Mash the yolks into a fine crumble with the help of a fork. Add in the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and mix it well together.
  3. Insert this mixture into a piping bag and fill it in the eggs large white parts by pressing the bag gently. Cover this with a small white portion of the eggs.
  4. Decorate as shown in the picture with a tomato piece for nose, clove for eyes, carrot for legs and coriander leaves for hair.
