An easy to make pudding.

Vermicelli orange pudding.

Ingredients to make Vermicelli orange pudding.

  • For the bottom layar
  • Vermicelli 1/2 cup.
  • Condensed milk 1 tbsp
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • For boiling,
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Gelatine 1 tbsp. Dissolved in some water.
  • To add
  • Orange segments 1 orange , very sweet one.
  • Orange essence or vanilla essence a few drops

How to make Vermicelli orange pudding.

  1. Fry vermicelli in ghee for a few minutes. Add 1 tbsp of condensed milk. Stir well. . When cold, take a desired bowl & set as bottom layar. Keep in fridge for sometime.
  2. In another pan.add milk & condensed milk together. Stir well.
  3. Cook for about 4,5 min till a little thick. Cook on low fire.
  4. Then add dissolved gelatine. Stir well . Cook for some more time.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. When a bit cold, add orange segments & essence. Stir well.
  7. Keep in fridge for 2 hrs. When set, cut & serve.

My Tip:

U can add any nuts or kismis as u like. But this s tasty as it s .

I know kanak. when the guests arrived, I some how managed to take 2 pics before the plate was empty.
