Panir butter masala.

Ingredients to make Panir butter masala.

  • 250gm panir.
  • 4 onion.
  • 4 tomato.
  • 2tsp gng paste.
  • 1piece dalchini
  • 2 cloves
  • 2small cardomom.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp degi mirch.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/2tsp shahi paneer masala.
  • 2tsp butter
  • 1 cup milk.

How to make Panir butter masala.

  1. Crumble 1/2cup panir.
  2. Heat oil deep fry d onion n keep aside.
  3. Fry roughly chopp tomatoes.
  4. Nw grind onion.n tomato to make paste.
  5. Heat butter n put all whole masala.
  6. Add grind paste.
  7. Cook it
  8. Add gng paste.
  9. Add salt n all masala.
  10. Nw put 1 cup water n 1 cup milk.
  11. When boil add panir cubes.
  12. Simmer 5 minutes.
  13. Garnish with crumbled panir.
  14. Serve with butter nan or lacha parantha.

My Tip:

U can add fresh cream in it.
