Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Dough:
  2. Ragi flour-2cup
  3. Ghee-3tbsp
  4. Milk-1/2cup
  5. Pistachios-as required
  6. For Filling:
  7. Cooking chocolate-1/2cup
  8. For Sugar Syrup:
  9. Sugar-2cup
  10. Water-1cup


  1. In a bowl add,ragiflour,salt,ghee and hot milk to form dough
  2. Rest it for 15 mins and shape in to balls
  3. Add a bit of chocolate in center and again and roll again
  4. Deep fry over low flame
  5. After frying
  6. Prepare Sugar syrup and add deep fried balls to it and rest it for 2-3 hrs
  7. Serve with pistachios
