Lentil dosa

Ingredients to make Lentil dosa

  • Par boiled rice - 1 1/2 cup
  • Raw rice - 1/2 cup
  • Toor dal - 1 cup
  • Urad dal - 1/4 cup
  • Chana dal - 1/4 cup
  • red chilly - 10
  • Grated coconut - 1 1/2 cup
  • salt - as needed
  • hing - 1 teaspoon
  • ghee

How to make Lentil dosa

  1. Wash and soak rice and lentils for 3 hrs .
  2. Grind rice , lentils, red chilly, salt, hing together to a coarse batter.
  3. Add grated coconut to the batter.
  4. Heat a dosa pan and take a laddle of batter and pour it over the pan.
  5. Spread it in a circular motion.
  6. Add ghee and allow it to cook.
  7. Once it is done flip it over to the other side and add ghee.
  8. Allow it cook.
  9. Serve hot with onion chutney.
