    Green peas dip/ sauce

    Ingredients to make Green peas dip/ sauce

    • Half a cup of green peas boiled
    • Half a cup of fresh mint leaves
    • 1 tablespoons of sesame seeds
    • Few pistachio (5-6)
    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
    • One clove of garlic
    • Juice of one lemon
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • red chilly flakes (Optional)
    • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional)

    How to make Green peas dip/ sauce

    1. In a mixer grind the pistachio first and then add all the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning before you serve the dip. Add the mayonnaise, if you are looking for more creaminess.
    2. You can strain the prepared dip for a very smooth texture. Drizzle a little olive oil on the top before you serve.

    My Tip:

    Replace this dip with everyday butter on your toast, you will love this.
