About Eggless Vanilla Cake Without Oven Recipe

Prepared this exceedingly delicious, eggless vanilla cake, with milkmaid and all the easily available ingredients into your kitchen pantry. This is eggless, tastiest homemade vanilla cake, I had tried it many times and every time it came out very well.

Ingredients to make Eggless Vanilla Cake Without Oven

  • all purpose flour / Maida 1/2 cup
  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar ½ cup
  • Veg.oil ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Yogurt / buttermilk 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • baking soda ½ tsp
  • salt 1 cup
  • To make buttercream frosting - butter ½ cup
  • sugar ½ cup, powdered
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 tbsp

How to make Eggless Vanilla Cake Without Oven

  1. Add 1 cup of salt in a pan, then place a trivet or wire stand in the pan, cover with lid and let it heat up for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat(preheat procedure).
  2. In a bowl add milkmaid, oil, powdered sugar ½ cup each and yogurt 2 tbsp mix well.
  3. Now to the bowl add all purpose flour ½ cup, baking powder 1 tsp and baking soda ¼ tsp, and half cup of milk and mix gradually.
  4. Add remaining milk ½ cup, vanilla extract 1 tsp and whisk all very well, there should not be any lump.
  5. Now, pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and spread evenly, tap two to three time to get rid of air bubbles.
  6. Place the cake tin inside the preheated pan, cover and cook it in low flame for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Here cake is ready, let it cool completely before frosting.
  8. To Make Buttercream Frosting - For the Frosting, beat butter and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy.
  9. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition and scraping sides and bottom of bowl frequently.
  10. Add milk, beat until light and fluffy and frost top of cake with frosting.
  11. Using any choice of decorating nozzle and food color decorate cake with frosting.

My Tip:

Prepare cake tin by cutting parchment paper for it and grease it with butter.
