Thandai icecream

Ingredients to make Thandai icecream

  • Milk 2 cups
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  • Mishrambu thandai syrup 1/4 cup
  • Whipped fresh cream 2 cups
  • saffron for garnish few strands

How to make Thandai icecream

  1. Add cornflour to milk and heat the mixture on medium flame till it thickens.
  2. Cool it completely
  3. Whip up cold fresh cream till soft peaks
  4. Add milkmaid and thandai syrup and mix lightly
  5. Add cold thickened milk and mix
  6. Freeze the icecream overnight
  7. Serve with nuts and syrup

My Tip:

You can make ypur own thandai mix and add it instead of syrup.
