Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. ½ kg curd
  2. thandai syrup ¼ cup
  3. Chopped Pistachio for garnishing
  4. ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put curd and thandai syrup in a bowl
  2. mix well with blender until smooth
  3. add ice cubes
  4. pour in glasses and garnish with pistachio
  5. serve chilled thandai lassi to kids
