Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1cup roasted oats
  2. 1cup roasted Makhana
  3. 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  4. 1/2 cup daliya dal
  5. 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  6. 1/2 cup fried goond/ gum
  7. 1tbsp melon seeds
  8. 1tbsp khaskhas
  9. 3cup powder sugar or accoring to ur taste
  10. 1/2 cup hot ghee
  11. 1cup roasted chopped Almonds
  12. 1cup roasted chopped cashewnuts
  13. 1/2cup roasted chopped walnuts....
  14. 1tsp cardamom powder
  15. 1tsp nutmeg powder

Instructions

  1. grind oats,makhana,coconut,sesesame seeds melon seeds,n goond into fine powder..
  2. Transfer into bowl add dryfruits ,powder sugar ,ghee n bind them smoothly....make ladoos....
  3. for Rose flavor....add 1tsp Rose emulsion n dry rose petals....
  4. for paan flavour...add 1tsp paan emulsion n roasted powder fennel seeds....
  5. for Gulkand flavor ...add 1tbsp gulkand n 1tsp rose essence..
  6. Ur flavoured oats ladoos r ready to eat.....Njoy winter.....stay Healthy.....
