Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Take bringal ask bhajiwala for Bharta
  2. 2 onions chopped
  3. 3 tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 Green chilli chopped
  5. 1 muthi matar use fresh if possible
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp dhaniya Powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1 tbsp finely chopped Dhaniya
  11. 1 tbsp oil
  12. Half teaspoon Jeera


  1. Pan add oil when hot add jeera then onion.
  2. when onions turn pink add tomatoes and matar all sukha masala except garam masala..
  3. And roasted bringal( take bringal wash it nicely on top add little oil and roast on gas.. When fully roasted remove the skin wash it) mix nicely cover the pan for 10 min add garam masala and dhaniya.. Ready to serve..
