It is very delicious and simple recipe made from milkmaid

Ingredients to make paneer choclate balls

  • 200 gm paneer
  • 150gm milkmaid condense milk
  • grinded almond
  • 250 gm plain choclate bars
  • 3 cardamon cloves (elaichi) powdered
  • 2 -3 drops of red rose color
  • 2-3 drops of lemon yellow color

How to make paneer choclate balls

  1. crumble the paneer
  2. in a mixer grinder grind milkmaid ,paneer and cardamon cloves into smooth paste
  3. Heat pan and the smooth paste and cook till it leaves ghee
  4. divide into half the and add rose red color and lemon yellow color
  5. make balls of both colored dough
  6. roll the balls in grinded almond ...i.e almond powder
  7. Boil some water in a pan and on that pan place another pan with choclate bar in it and let it melt
  8. once melted dip the balls and garnish with amold powder
  9. refrigerate it for 4-5 hrs and cut into pieces
