Ingredients to make Vegetable kuruma

  • coconut grated 3/4 cup
  • green chillies 4 number
  • fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  • shallots 4 number
  • ginger small piece
  • tomato a small piece
  • onion 1 big
  • carrot 2 number
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • Beans 1/4 cup
  • Soya chunks 1/4 cup
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • coriander leaves
  • pudina
  • salt to taste

How to make Vegetable kuruma

  1. FOR GRINDING COCONUT 1/2 CUP, GREEN CHILLIES 4 NUMBER, FENNEL SEEDS 1 TEASPOON, SHALLOTS 4, TOMATO A SMALL PIECE, GINGER SMALL PIECE
  2. ONE BIG ONION DICED, CARROTS DICED 1/2 CUP, CABBAGE 1/4 CUP, BEANS 1/4 CUP,SOYA CHUNKS 1/4 CUP,GREEN PEAS 1/4 CUP, POTATO 1 DICED
  3. IN A COOKER ADD OIL AND FENNEL SEEDS
  4. ADD ONION AND SAUTE TILL TRANSPARENT
  5. ADD ALL VEGETABLES AND SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES
  6. ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND GROUND PASTE
  7. ADD CAPSICUM, CORIANDER LEAVES AND PUDINA WITH THE VEGETABLES
  8. ADD SALT AND WATER SHOULD BE IN THIS LEVEL
