Sumptuous green pesto prepared to curry jumbo prawns , added to white sauce prepared to make it creamy.Coconut,curry leaves, greenchiillies and mint with some olive oil, created this pesto chutney style.Saute onions with ginger garlic and prawns cooked.White sauce used as base with green mint pesto added for flavour Its awesome .

Prepare all ingredients required to start cooking
Heat oil in a pan saute onions translucent add salt and turmeric
Make the pesto ,washing all ingredients and grinding to paste add the olive oil to it
Add the pesto 2tblspn here
Mix cook 1 minute add the prawns and saute 2 minutes
Add little water and chopped potatoes
Cook for five minutes covered
Add water if required to cook well
Bring to gravy consistency and remove in a bowl
Now prepare the white sauce melting butter in pan
Add all dry ingredients for white sauce in cold milk and mix well
Add this mix to heated butter,cook stirring 5 minutes
Now add this to the ready prawn gravy
Your gravy is ready
Serve with white rice it's awesome and some spring onions and lime to go with it
