About Aam ka Panna Recipe

A yummy and cool drink to quench your thirst this summer.

Aam ka Panna

Ingredients to make Aam ka Panna

  • 2-3 green mangoes
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tsp black salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar

How to make Aam ka Panna

  1. Wash the mangoes well and boil them. Once boiled, keep them aside to cool.
  2. After they are cooled, peel them and mash well to strain the pulp. Then add the black salt, sugar and cumin powder.
  3. Mix it well till the sugar is dissolved properly, then let it chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Take 4 glasses and pour in a quarter of chilled water into each of these glasses.
  5. Stir it well and serve immediately.
