Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mango Puree (Aam Ka Ras) - 1 Cup
  2. Caster Sugar (Pisi Shakkar / Chini) - 1 Cup
  3. Corn Flour - ¼ Cup
  4. Pure Ghee (Asali Ghee) - 3 Table Spoons
  5. Milk Solid (Khoya/Mawa) - 25 Grams
  6. Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) - ½ Tea Spoon
  7. Almonds (Badam) - 4 to 5
  8. Cashew (Kaaju) - 4 to 5
  9. Pistachio (Pista) - 4 to 5

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 table spoons of pure ghee in a non-stick pan or kadai. Once the e ghee is hot, add mango pure and cook it till you get one boil
  2. Make paste of corn flour and add in the boiling mango pure. Stir continuously till it becomes thick
  3. Now add one table spoon of pure ghee and cook it for 2 minutes. Ensure that you continuously stir the pure. Cook till the oil get separated from it
  4. At this stage add caster sugar and mix well. Cook it for next 2 minutes or till it becomes thick
  5. Now add milk solid and cook it on medium flame for next 2 to 3 minutes or till it gets observed
  6. Finely add the cardamom powder and finely chopped almond, pistachio & cashew nuts. Mix all and cook for one more minute
  7. Now the dish is ready, garnish with silver cover & cashew nuts and serve
