About ROSE PETAL GRAVY Recipe

This is a quick and very healthy side dish made with rose petals, to be served with some steamed rice on the side.

ROSE PETAL GRAVY

Ingredients to make ROSE PETAL GRAVY

  • rose petals 4 cups
  • Boiled potato pieces 2 cups
  • ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • curry leaves 10
  • tomato Puree 2 cups
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • butter 4 spoons
  • coriander powder 2 spoons
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • onion paste 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice 1 spoon

How to make ROSE PETAL GRAVY

  1. heat butter in a pan , add ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder ,coriander powder ,onion paste
  2. fry till they turn light brown in colour. then add Tomato Puree , curry leaves ,Curd
  3. Now add salt ,boiled potato pieces let it boil in 10 mins then add rose petals and red chilli powder mixing well another 6 minis boiling in rose petal grevy
  4. switch off gas add lemon juice to serving in bowl to serving roti rice
