Jeera Buttermilk Curry

Ingredients to make Jeera Buttermilk Curry

  • carrot peeled and chopped 1 cup
  • pumpkin cleaned and chopped 1 cup
  • amaranth leaves chopped 2 pack
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • jeera 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Grated coconut 2 cup
  • Sour buttermilk 1 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 1 -2
  • For seasoning....
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

How to make Jeera Buttermilk Curry

  1. CLEANLY WASH AND CHOP VEGGIES
  2. CARROT, PUMPKIN, AMARANTH LEAVES
  3. ADD WATER, SALT, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  4. COMBINE GRATED COCONUT, JEERA, TURMERIC POWDER, SOUR BUTTERMILK
  5. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, GREEN CHILLI
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  7. CHECK THE COOKNESS
  8. ADD GROUND MASALA
  9. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  10. BRING IT TO BOIL, TURN OFF THE FLAME
  11. AFTER CRACKLE SEASONING ADD AND SERVE
