Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chaap sticks 4
  2. onion paste 1 katori
  3. tomato paste 1 katori
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. bay leaves 4
  7. Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. red chilli 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  11. malai 1/2 katori
  12. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  13. chaap masala 2 tbsp
  14. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  15. kasturi methi 1 tbsp
  16. Cashewnut 18 to 20
  17. Ketchup 2 tbsp
  18. sugar 1 tbsp
  19. gram flour 1/2 katori
  20. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Put gram flour, salt in a bowl then add water and make a smooth paste.
  2. Dip chaap on it and deep fry it till it golden brown.
  3. Dip 10 cashewnut in luke warm water for 20 minutes and then make a smooth paste.
  4. Hot oil in cooker and add cumin seeds and bay leaves.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix it.
  6. Add onion paste, cashewnut paste and saute it till it turns in golden brown in colour.
  7. Add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, chaap masala, Coriander powder and mix well.
  8. Add malai in it and then Ketchup, sugar also.
  9. Add chaap and left cashewnut and then water and close the lid and wait for 5 vessel.
  10. Add Kasturi methi and malai and served with chapati and salad.
